In active response to the social responsibility call of the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) and to further enhance employees' awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, Suzhou Menhow as a manufacturing enterprise deeply committed to social responsibility to organized an energy conservation and emission reduction activity themed "Low-Carbon Life, Start with Me" at the end of August, which received a positive response.

This activity focused on two core types of waste materials generated in Menhow's daily operations: first, silicone rubber scraps and scrapped products from the production process; second, waste paper, plastic bottles, and other items from the office scenario. By transforming these waste materials into practical items (such as pen holders, storage boxes, and vases) and artistic decorations, the activity not only reduced resource waste but also conveyed the concept of green development, serving as a concrete action for the enterprise to practice the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concept.

Birthday celebration
Through this activity, employees not only recognized the value of resource recycling but also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of energy conservation and emission reduction for environmental protection. To sustain the activity, Menhow has set up classified storage points for recyclable waste, aiming to make "turning waste into treasure" a work habit. It also encourages employees to practice low-carbon principles in both work and daily life - starting from themselves, paying attention to details, and working together to contribute to sustainable development. To sustain this momentum, Menhow has set up classified storage point for recyclable waste—equipped with clear graphic labels distinguishing between "metal waste," "paper scrap," and "plastic containers." A dedicated team collects and counts the recycled materials weekly to ensure the system runs smoothly.

Menhow has long adhered to the "turning waste into treasure" initiative. This has not only helped the company reduce waste disposal costs by approximately 15% but also conveyed the enterprise's concept of "green development, responsibility first" through tangible practices. In the future, we will explore more innovative environmental protection models, such as combining silicone rubber waste conversion technology with customer needs to develop customized eco-friendly products, making sustainable development one of the core competitiveness of the enterpris.
